Upper face surgery

What is Upper Face Lift Surgery?

Aging often causes sagging skin and wrinkles in the upper part of the face. As skin loses elasticity over time, common issues include forehead lines, drooping eyelids, sagging brow tails, and crow’s feet.

Upper face lift surgery addresses these concerns by tightening the skin, removing excess sagging tissue, and lifting underlying layers to restore a smooth and youthful appearance. The procedure can rejuvenate the face while maintaining natural expressions.

One Surgery & Aesthetics Clinic

Benefits of Upper Face Lift Surgery

  • Lifts and tightens sagging skin in the upper face for a more youthful appearance.
  • Corrects drooping eyebrows and eyelids that may obscure the eyes.
  • Reduces deep wrinkles on the forehead and between the brows.
  • Enhances facial proportions, creating a lifted and more contoured look.
  • Results are long-lasting compared to temporary fillers or injectables.
  • Surgical incisions are discreetly placed, leaving minimal visible scarring.
  • Improves overall facial aesthetics, leaving you looking refreshed, confident, and rejuvenated.

Precautions

  • A thorough evaluation by a board-certified specialist is essential to ensure the procedure suits your skin, bone structure, and personal expectations.
  • Not everyone is an ideal candidate for an upper face lift, particularly those with minimal sagging or localized concerns.
  • Certain medications and supplements, such as blood thinners (e.g., aspirin), vitamin E, ginseng, ginkgo biloba, and fish oil, should be discontinued 7–14 days prior to surgery to minimize risks of excessive bleeding or post-operative bruising and swelling.

Discontinue certain medications and supplements at least 7 days prior to surgery.
